The JCC is a focal point of community for our family. They have one of the best early childcare programs in the city, summer camp, sports facilities, Jewish programming, special needs programs, and a great play space/splash pads. We are grateful for such a wonderful facility.

Truly one of my favorite places to spend my weekend with family. Splash pad and pool for the kid, swim lessons and an indoor play space and a great gym steam room and sauna for me. Amazing camp/after school programs as well!

The Tucson J is one of the most special community institutions in Southern Arizona. As a parent, board member, and proud supporter of the Jewish community, I have seen firsthand how much care, thought, and heart goes into this place. The Early Childhood Education program is truly exceptional. The teachers and staff create a warm, nurturing, values-driven environment where children feel known, safe, loved, and excited to learn. It is much more than a preschool — it is an entry point into a lifelong community. I also deeply appreciate the J’s commitment to inclusion, especially its special programming for individuals with disabilities and families with diverse needs. That spirit of welcome is part of what makes the J so meaningful and important. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and full of energy, from the fitness center and pool to the tennis courts, splash park, fields, classrooms, arts spaces, and community gathering areas. There is always something fun, enriching, and purposeful happening on campus. Very nice and modern facility. The equipment is in good condition and the staff is very helpful. I especially enjoy the pool which is clean and beautiful. The JCC is wonderful.

Okay… how did I NOT know this place existed?! That’s exactly what I was thinking the first time I stepped foot onto the JCC. I discovered the Tucson Jewish Community Center after they hosted the Hot Cocoa Run 5K (hands down one of the funnest, most vendor-packed races I’ve ever done 🎉), and let me tell you—walking into the JCC feels like stepping into a whole other world. This place is HUGE and has everything.They gifted a week pass in our swag bags from 5k and I fully leaned in—and I’m so glad I did. First off, the community + programming here is next level. I got to participate in pottery and ceramics classes (SO fun and surprisingly legit), and I love that they partner with local creatives and groups. It gives the whole place a collab, community-driven feel that I’m always looking for. On the fitness side—they’re not playing around. I took multiple classes, and their cycle class (aka performance ride 👀) was actually really solid. Great energy, great programming. I also hit a strength-based class that delivered, and the gym floor itself is super clean, spacious, and not overcrowded (major win).
